This one-night only Birdland Birthday Bash will take place on Monday, March 30 at 7pm. After sold-out shows in New York, Chicago, Connecticut, and Puerto Vallarta, singer Karen Mason brings a celebration of her actual birth date to Birdland. She’s ready to celebrate all 75 years!
Sassy, brassy, and tinged with confessional monologues, and songs from some of her favorite writers, Karen will share her love of music, and her love of storytelling. The show will feature songs from every decade of Karen’s life, plus some fan favorites like “All That Jazz,” “A Whole New World, Help/Being Alive,” “For Good,” and more. This one-night-only event will be directed by Barry Kleinbort, with Music Direction by Christopher Denny, and Tom Hubbard on bass.
